About this deal

Interestingly, while its default display mode is atop a Starfleet base, this massive Enterprise will also come with optional ceiling-mount display cables to let it hang above you once in your home — which for a starship that’s more than three feet long, may be the best option for many collectors. Fans can enjoy recreating iconic scenes from the original series show, or take the U.S.S. Enterprise on new adventures. With a removable roof, the entire bridge and crew can be accessed, along with lighting effects and original sounds and dialogue from the show, The saucer section of the Enterprise opens to show a full 1966-style bridge play environment. What’s more, the body of the ship opens on the side to reveal the engineering room! Additional details, including electronics, are to be announced later, so don’t miss this sensational playset!

All that wiring you have to do is worth the trouble too, because the Enterprise has loads of lights and sound effects for you to enjoy. The warp nacelles light up and the collection of multicoloured LEDs that sits behind the orange translucent front does a great job of replicating the look of the original series’ Enterprise engines. The top and bottom of the saucer section also light up with white LEDs (the top gets its illumination from the lights in the bridge). Playmobil toys bring together real life themes and cheery figures for imaginative play and construction fun. Along with the ship itself, you also get a funky display stand that’s shaped like the Starfleet logo, along with a few alternative build pieces that allow you to hang the ship from your ceiling. This is a welcome addition for a model kit that’s nearly three feet long - most people will struggle to find space to store and display it, so giving you a way to put it where it belongs - in the sky - is a nice touch. Now the legendary starship U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 is available in the PLAYMOBIL version as an exclusive collector's item. Of course, including the famous crew in Starfleet uniform. The PLAYMOBIL Enterprise has a bridge with rotating chair for Captain Kirk, workstations for all crew members, cell phone holder and storage compartment for phasers, communicator and other equipment. In the hull is the engine room with two stand-up workstations.

Two different perspectives are available for playing: the AR view and the couch mode. Languages are German and English. And yet... despite all that, we love it. We absolutely love the Playmobil USS Enterprise and we'd absolutely recommend it to any Star Trek fan that can afford it. Should you buy the Playmobil USS Enterprise? The U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 and crew will see its first Playmobil release on 8th September this year, 55 years after the original premiere of Star Trek on 8th September 1966, a date which marked the start of one of the greatest global pop culture phenomena of all time. Main console on the bridge: pressing the 3 buttons on the centre console triggers one sound and one light sequence.

In a spectacular collaboration between Playmobil and ViacomCBS, the U.S.S. Enterprise will launch worldwide this September. Inside the ship, you can see a pretty faithful recreation of the Enterprise bridge too, complete with loads of monitors and screens, and even a holographic view screen displaying an oncoming Klingon Bird of Prey. Playmobil USS Enterprise: Price AR Mode is not compatible with every mobile device (especially old and low-end devices), so hardware and software frameworks are essential. Devices that do not meet the following specifications may not provide the necessary performance and thus a diminished experience. Compatible are:There’s a rotating chair for Captain Kirk, workstations for all crew members, a cell phone holder and storage compartment for phasers, communicator and other equipment. In the hull is the engine room with two stand-up workstations. To activate the light and sound electronics, the dilithium core must be inserted into the container and placed in the engine room. Power can be supplied via batteries or USB connection, and Captain Kirk will personally announce greetings. The buttons on the centre console on the bridge can be used to control various light and sound effects such as the warp drive, torpedo or alarm sounds. For activating the complete light and sound electronics, the dilithium core must be inserted into the removed container and then pushed into the designated position in the engine room. Thus a failure of the „warp core“ can be simulated. If the core is removed, an alarm sounds.
