If you are colouring chocolate you can't use regular colours or the chocolate will sieze, it needs to be oil based or powder colours.

Solid colour and easy I always struggle with candy melts for cake pops, but added a teeny bit of vegetable oil to this once they were melted slightly and given a really good stir - the melts didn’t clump doing this and were so easy to work with.
